Location and Surrounding Places: 
Government P.G Nehru College, well known as Nehru College, is a multi faculty co-educational college. It is affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. It is located at a distance of some 3-kilometers from the Jhajjar district headquarter, which came to existence on 15th of July 1997. On being situated on Jhajjar – Bahadurgarh- Delhi Road,the College is surrounded by important cities of education, industry and IT sectors: New Delhi at the East End, Gurgaon at South end, Sonepat at the North-East end, Rohtak at North end, Bhiwani at West of North-West end, and Rewari at South West end. It falls within the reach of upcoming regions of Special Economic Zone (SEZ) of Haryana.
